Family's tribute to 'angel' Sam after car crash tragedy

The grieving family of a mother from Kingswinford who died in a car crash near Kidderminster have paid tribute to their "angel".
Samantha Jennings was a passenger in the car involved in the tragic accident on the A449 at Cookley.
The 26-year-old, who was known as Sam, had two boys aged eight and nine and worked as a care assistant, looking after adults with disabilities.
She was a former pupil of the Glynne Primary School and Summerhill School in Kingswinford.
In a tribute her family said: "Sam was a caring person, an angel. She was a much loved mother, daughter, sister, and granddaughter, and we are broken hearted.
"Sam was vivacious, a party girl, who lived life to the full. She had the world at her feet, and was so happy. She leaves us the legacy of her two little boys and she will be forever in our thoughts and in our hearts.
"Friends and family have been fantastic, and there have been so many tributes to Sam and messages of condolence which are a huge comfort to us."
She was a front seat passenger in a black Vauxhall Astra which hit a tree, near the Island Pool pub, at 1.30am on Saturday. She died at the scene.
A 22-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham with broken legs and a broken pelvis.
Pc Mark Roberts of West Mercia Police said: "While nothing can bring Sam back, it is important for the sake of her family that we find out exactly how this crash happened, and therefore we are continuing to appeal for any witnesses."
