Dog owners took their prized pooches for a stroll around West Park in Wolverhampton to raise money for charity.
The first ever Mutt Strutt was organised by members of the RSPCA Stafford, Wolverhampton and District branch.
Fifteen people took part yesterday and helped to raise £300.
Community fundraiser Kate Lee said the event was a success and more would follow in Wolverhampton in the future.
She said: "It was our first ever Mutt Strutt in Wolverhampton.
"Everyone had a really good time and the weather was lovely. We are hoping to do more in the future at all the parks in Wolverhampton."
A whole host of dogs were taken along to the Mutt Strutt including a Staffordshire bull terrier, greyhound and pug.
Volunteers from the branch also offered to microchip dogs.
The charity's next fundraiser is an animal service at St Mary's Church in Stafford on September 30 at 3pm.
