Update on plans for HMO on quiet Willenhall road
First floor tenants would have been required to share bathroom facilities and all tenants would use a communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Plans for a five-bedroom House of Multiple Occupation on a quiet Willenhall street have been withdrawn.
Applicant Deals Properties Ltd had proposed to convert 9 York Avenue into the shared facility.
The plans for the three-bed family home involved the creation of two en-suite single bedrooms on the ground floor and three single bedrooms on the first floor.

No extension or external alterations were proposed to the semi-detached property. Three parking spaces are available on the front drive.
Deals Properties said: “The proposal would provide sufficient space for future residents to comfortably live within, store their possessions and furniture and would allow for any circulation space for residents to move through these rooms.
“The proposed development would not be detrimental to the area’s visual amenity or the residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers.”
A target date for a decision was set in May this year, but the council has announced that the applicant has now withdrawn the application.
