Three treated for minor injuries following crash on M5 between West Brom and Oldbury that caused 'delays'
Three people were treated for minor injuries after a crash on the M5 between junctions for West Bromwich and Oldbury this morning (December 5).
Drivers were warned to expect delays as a result of the collision, which occurred this morning (December 5), has left the southbound lane 3 blocked between Junction 1 and Junction 2 at 10.29am.
A post on X by West Midlands Roads said: "M5 southbound between J1 West Brom and J2 Oldbury. Lane three blocked. Collision. Expect delays."
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of an RTC involving two cars on the M5 between junction 1 and 2, northbound in West Bromwich at 10.29am and sent an ambulance to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found three patients who were all assessed for minor injuries and discharged at the scene with self-care advice."
