Opening plans revealed for new Popeyes' Wolverhampton restaurant - including free giveaways
The newest restaurant for the popular fast food chain will officially open on Friday with giveaways for the first 100 customers.
It’s set to be a day of fun and plenty of giveaways as the newest restaurant for a popular Louisiana-style chicken brand opens its doors.
Popeyes® has announced that the Wolverhampton restaurant will open its doors at 11am on Friday, October 30 at 25–26 Dudley Street, bringing its famous New Orleans flavours to the heart of the town.

On opening day, the first three customers will win a major prize of free Chicken Sandwiches for an entire year, while the first 50 customers in the queue will be treated to exclusive Popeyes® merchandise, and the first 100 customers will bag a free Chicken Sandwich.
The company said that to be part of the action in Wolverhampton, hungry customers are advised to get down early to avoid missing out on the giveaways, saying that Popeyes® opening days have continued to draw huge crowds across the UK, with fried chicken fans regularly arriving early to be among the first through the doors.

Located on one of Wolverhampton's busiest shopping streets, the new restaurant will bring Popeyes®' iconic Louisiana inspired menu to the city centre, giving residents, shoppers and visitors a new destination to enjoy its famous fried chicken.
With dine in and speedy takeaway options available, fried chicken fans will soon be able to enjoy Popeyes® favourites like the iconic Chicken Sandwich, Hot Wings, Tenders and Signature Chicken Wraps.

All Popeyes® chicken is marinated for 12 hours in its signature blend of bold Louisiana seasoning, then hand breaded and battered to deliver the famous Shatter Crunch.
Tom Crowley, Popeyes® UK CEO, said: "We're incredibly excited to be opening our first restaurant in Wolverhampton and can't wait to welcome the local community through our doors.
“Located right in the heart of the city, we're looking forward to bringing our famous Louisiana hospitality, bold flavours and unmistakable Popeyes crunch to Wolverhampton.”
