Four arrested after gun, swords and ammunition recovered from car 'being driven dangerously' in Wolverhampton

Four people have been arrested and a number of weapons recovered by officers in Wolverhampton.

On Monday, September 15 afternoon, West Midlands Police were alerted to a car being driven dangerously on the Black Country Route, carrying out a number of illegal undertakes.

Officers from the Firearms and Traffic units pursued and stopped the car, arresting the four men inside.

Searches of the car revealed a live handgun and more than 50 rounds of ammunition, as well as a number of swords inside the vehicle
