Around 30 firefighters have been called out to Pikehelve Street near Hill Top in West Bromwich and people are being advised to stay clear of the area.
West Midlands Fire Service posted on X a short time ago: "@WestMidsFire We have six crews in attendance at Pikehelve Street, West Bromwich, where they have responded to a fire.
"Please avoid the area, where possible."
