He is wanted as part of a West Midlands Police investigation after hundreds of pounds were stolen from an elderly man in West Bromwich.
The man, in his 70s, had withdrawn cash on the High Street before going shopping, when his wallet was taken from his pocket inside one of the stores.
The man's bank cards were then used to withdraw money nearby, with another two transactions the following day.
Police are in touch with the victim, and as part of their enquiries they would like to speak to the man pictured.
