Plans have been unveiled for a major refurbishment at a landmark Stourbridge pub that has been closed for almost a year.

Stourbridge is known around the world for its glassmaking industry, including supplying cut glass pieces for the famous ship Titanic. Although mass manufacturing declined, a number of bespoke firms and designs still work in and around the town. Stourbridge’s own football club are nicknamed The Glassboys. Today it has a busy town centre and hosts an annual carnival.
