Bewdley man charged after robbery and assault in Dudley
A man has appeared in court accused of robbery and assault in Dudley, West Midlands Police say.

Michael Williams, aged 57, of Bewdley, has now been charged with robbery and assault by beating after appearing in court on Tuesday, August 5.
It follows a reported robbery and assault on Lake Street, Dudley, on August 3 where a purse and jewellery were stolen from and 80-year-old woman and a man injured.
Williams has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on September 2.
