Man and woman taken to hospital as two people 'flee scene' of two-car crash in Dudley

Emergency services were called to Hall Street just after midnight on Sunday (February 1). Two fire engines were dispatched, crewed by firefighters from Dudley and Tipton fire stations.

On arrival, the crews discovered the two vehicles, which were both heavily damaged.
Fire crews freed a man from one of the cars using cutting equipment, with a woman, also from the same car, having freed herself prior to their arrival.
The fire service said that both the driver and the passenger from the other car had "fled the scene".
