Garage and parcel of land in Staffordshire village near Wolverhampton set to go under the hammer

The auction will take place on Thursday (May 14).

A small parcel of freehold land featuring a single lock-up garage in Codsall is due to be auctioned later this month with a guide price of £15,000-plus.

The site, located to the rear of 95 Joeys Lane and accessed via Pendeford Mill Lane, has been listed by Bond Wolfe ahead of its livestream auction on Thursday (May 14).

Auctioneers say the rectangular plot could appeal to buyers seeking additional parking or storage space, subject to any required planning permissions. The land extends to approximately 0.033 acres and is being sold with vacant possession.

According to the listing, the property includes a single lock-up garage and is being marketed as a potential opportunity for private buyers, investors or nearby residents in need of secure storage.

The lot will be offered in Bond Wolfe’s online auction beginning at 8.30am on Thursday. External viewings only are being permitted, with no internal inspections arranged.

Prospective buyers have also been advised that, in addition to the purchase price, the successful bidder will be required to pay the council’s professional fees of £3,375.72.

The auction listing notes that mains services are believed to be available nearby, although interested parties are encouraged to make their own enquiries before bidding.
