Wolverhampton drug dealer jailed for 7 years after pistol, crack cocaine and heroin confiscated
A drug dealer has been jailed after police recovered a viable firearm in Wolverhampton.
West Midlands Police officers discovered the pistol and ammunition after stopping Dalton Bowen in Boswell Road, Bilston on October 25 last year.
Bowen tried to make off from officers, but he was quickly detained.

During searches of Bowen's person and an associated address, police recovered the gun and wraps of crack cocaine and heroin.

The 21-year-old, of no fixed address, was convicted following a trial of possessing a prohibited weapon and ammunition as well as possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.
He was sentenced to seven years imprisonment at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Thursday, October 23.
