The robbery happened at about 7.30pm on Saturday when the victim, a man, arranged to meet two other men in Kidsgrove who were looking to buy Rolex watches from him.

One of the men pulled out a knife and took the watches without paying for them and they left the scene after getting into a car and driving off.

The car was followed after getting off the M6 southbound onto the Black Country Route in Bilston and it was eventually stopped by road crime team officers from Staffordshire Police.
