An Oldbury pub has applied for permission to extend its late-night licensed hours for three days a week.

Admiral Taverns Limited submitted an application to vary the premises licence for The White Swan in Church Street on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The change, which will be considered by Sandwell Council, would allow licensable activities at the venue to continue until 4am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, instead of the current 3am time.

The application also seeks to extend the pub’s opening hours from 3.30am to 4.30am on those nights.

Members of the public and responsible authorities can submit written representations to the council by September 23.

Written comments can be sent to the General Licensing Team, Environment and Public Protection, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury, B69 3DE, or emailed to [email protected]
