Audi Q4 e-tron range gets revised styling and more tech

The Q4 e-tron is available in SUV and Sportback body styles.
Audi has announced that the Q4 e-tron electric SUV range has received several updates to keep it looking fresh.
The Q4 e-tron is a mid-size electric family car that is available in SUV or coupe-esque ‘Sportback’ body styles and the latest versions receive new styling and technology.
Underneath, the car can be equipped with a 63kWh battery pack with an electric motor to generate 201bhp and can now travel a claimed 273 miles on a single charge – 18 miles more than before. There is also a larger 82kWh battery variant which can now travel up to a claimed 359 miles between trips to the plug, and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system is available on all models which takes the power up to 335bhp.
Meanwhile, DC rapid-charging capabilities have improved with the car now able to be topped up at speeds of 185kW, compared to 175kW. That means a 10 to 80 per cent charge will take 27 minutes, and Audi claims that 111 miles of range can be added in 10 minutes.

The exterior updates include a new colour-coded front grille, while S Line variants boast vertical blades finished in matte Selenite Silver on the corners of the front and rear bumpers. Plus, there are additional air intakes which help reduce drag and channel airflow around the front wheels, and at the back, there is a redesigned spoiler and updated diffuser to complement the car’s sportier look.
Inside, the cabin is dominated by the ‘panoramic display’, consisting of Audi’s MMI 12.8-inch touchscreen, an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and an optional 12-inch passenger display screen.

The Q4 e-tron is also now available with bi-directional charging, allowing energy to be transferred back into your home via a compatible DC wallbox when the car is being charged.
Prices for the updated Audi Q4 e-tron will start at £46,260 and £48,160 for the Sportback. Orders will open in June with deliveries expected to commence later this year.
