Football celebrations delay train passengers through Stafford
Rail passengers between Stafford and Liverpool Lime Street are being delayed due to a football victory parade.
Train operator Avanti West Coast tweeted this afternoon that services between the two locations may be delayed due to the Liverpool FC victory parade.
The Reds finished top of the table at the end of the Premier League season and fans and officials are celebrating in the city today.
They are asking passengers to check their journey before they travel.
