The four-star Brockencote Hall Hotel, in Chaddesley Corbett, is hosting a wedding open day on Sunday, October 19, between 12.30pm and 3.30pm.

Visitors can tour the property alongside dedicated wedding experts whilst enjoying a complimentary glass of fizz and canapés from Tim Jenkins, the talented head chef behind the property’s 3 AA rosette Chaddesley Restaurant.

Visitors will be able to see various ceremony and reception rooms that are dressed for the big occasion, from the Chaddesley with sweeping rural views, to the Malvern that overlooks the garden terrace and countryside.

Couples can also sample the various options for an intimate gathering, including the relaxed ambience of the Library; the Swan overlooking the croquet lawn and lake; and the Heron with a light décor and feature fireplace.

Samantha-Jane Smith is the Wedding and Events Manager at Brockencote Hall Hotel and has organised hundreds of weddings over the years.

She said: “We are seeing more couples wishing to place their own personal stamp on their wedding day, and our Open Day provides the perfect opportunity to draw inspiration from our idyllic surroundings while meeting with our wedding experts to explore how we can bring their vision to life.

“We have had the pleasure of hosting weddings as unique as the couples themselves, from the charm of chimney sweeps and the intrigue of magicians, to imaginative seating plans such as a graceful, curved caterpillar table designed to spark conversation.

“Culinary experiences have been equally bespoke, ranging from refined three-course menus to exquisite canapés, with delights such as seared steak bites, honey-glazed sausages, and vine-roasted potatoes, to name but a few.

“Brockencote Hall Hotel is also situated less than a mile from an 11th century church, St Cassian’s, where couples can travel via horse-drawn carriage before returning to Brockencote for their wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.”
