New women’s wellness club “She Wolves” to launch in Wolverhampton
A brand-new women’s wellness group, She Wolves, is set to launch in Wolverhampton with the aim of bringing women together through community, connection, and wellbeing activities.
The club’s first gathering ‘Sister Strolls’ will take place on Sunday, August 31 at 10am, with a soft launch walk at West Park. Local women are invited to come along, meet new people, and enjoy time outdoors in a supportive environment.
She Wolves was founded by three sisters from Wolverhampton, who between them have backgrounds in personal training, nursing, creativity, and health and wellbeing. Their vision is to create a safe and inclusive space where women can prioritise their health, build friendships, and grow in confidence.

Speaking ahead of the launch, the sisters said: “She Wolves is about more than just exercise; it’s about giving women a community where they feel seen, supported and inspired. Our first walk in West Park is just the beginning, and we hope women from across Wolverhampton will join us as we grow this empowering network.”
With its name paying tribute to Wolverhampton’s famous Wolves football team while celebrating female strength and solidarity, She Wolves aims to become a positive force in the city.
The group plans to host regular activities beyond the launch, including walks, fitness sessions, workshops, book clubs and social events. The club is open to all women in the area, regardless of fitness level or background.
