Erling Haaland loses poppy in Man City’s loss to Brighton

Rayan Cherki also appeared to lose the poppy during the game, which City lost 1-0.
Erling Haaland was among the Manchester City players whose poppy failed to stay in place during their defeat to Brighton.
With the fixture being City’s last home game before Remembrance Sunday, the match marked the start of the club’s commemorative activities.
The Last Post was played before kick-off and both managers laid wreaths.

City players were also wearing specially-prepared shirts, which are due to be donated and auctioned after the game, with proceeds supporting the Royal British Legion.
Not all the poppies placed in the centre of the shirts remained attached, however.
Both Haaland and Rayan Cherki, who entered the game as a substitute in the 55th minute, were pictured without them.
