Steve Morgan 'buying into Wolves youth'
Steve Morgan has been hailed as having 'bought into' the new Wolves culture as the club focuses on young talent.
Since relegation to League One two years ago, Wolves have almost exclusively focused on young British players.

Of 16 signings made in the past two years, only Leon Clarke, Sam Ricketts and Tomasz Kuszczak have been older than 25. And just two – Rajiv van La Parra and Sylvain Deslandes – were transferred from a foreign club.
The bulk have been players 25 and under from fellow Football League clubs – and it's a strategy that has paid off.
Despite a modest transfer outlay, Wolves have enjoyed two successful seasons that have reinvigorated fans after the despair of the managerial tenures of Stale Solbakken and Dean Saunders.
They are now aiming for the Premier League and are among the favourites for the Championship title.
And head of football development and recruitment Kevin Thelwell said Morgan was a big reason behind that success.
Thelwell, hailed as Wolves' unsung hero by Kenny Jackett last year, said Morgan had bought into the culture and philosophy the club was trying to build.
"He's been excellent," Thelwell said. "He's been really supportive to Jez Moxey, Kenny and myself in all the time I've been here.
"He always wants to be supportive of the team and towards buying the right players."
The Wolves owner has experienced a topsy-turvy relationship with supporters, especially during recent seasons with the team's successive relegations.
Morgan has taken more of a back seat of late in terms of a public Wolves persona, leaving Kenny Jackett and his players to do the talking.
Thelwell said he support for the team, though, remained undimmed and that Morgan's business background gave him a long-term outlook when it came to Wolves.
