Jones in loan plea
Wolves winger Daniel Jones would be happy to see his loan spell at Northampton extended – if Mick McCarthy chooses not to bring him back.
The 21-year-old Academy graduate has benefited greatly from his time at Sixfields and caught the eye with a superb, 25-yard free-kick winner in the Cobblers' 1-0 defeat of Gillingham last weekend.
Boss McCarthy looks set to bring him back, but Jones admits he wouldn't have a problem if he had to stay at the League One side.
"I'm enjoying my football here and if the manager wants me to stay for a bit longer then I'm happy to stay," he said.
