New Next store with Costa Coffee to open at popular West Midlands retail park next week - full details
The new store will offer a range of items, including clothing, footwear, and accessories, as well as a Costa Coffee concession.
A new Next store with a Costa Coffee will open at a popular retail park in Staffordshire next week.
The store, which will be one of the first of the firm’s shops to trial self-serve tills, will open on Thursday (November 12) at Orbital Retail Park, Cannock - at the unit which was previously occupied by M&S.
There will be a ribbon cutting and official opening at 10am.
The new store will see a range of items sold to shoppers, including clothing, footwear, and associated accessories.
Shoppers will be able to enjoy a Costa Coffee concession in store and it will also offer free parcel pick ups and returns for online customers.
Tracey Preece, store manager, said: “Between our stunning new store layout and an in-store Costa Coffee shop, we’ve created a fabulous shopping destination for customers.
“The team is ready to deliver incredible customer service and bring a vibrant Next experience to the local community.
“With our brilliant online collections available in store and the added convenience of free returns, we’re so excited to welcome everyone through the doors!"
The store will open 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm on Saturdays and 10am-4pm on Sundays.
M&S vacated the unit in November 2025 following the approval of its relocation to the larger Unit 1, which was formerly occupied by Homebase.
