Wolves set to sign French defender

Wolves are set to sign Bastien Meupiyou after agreeing a fee for the French defender.

The club have pursued the 18-year-old for some time this summer and have seen two previous bids rejected by Nantes.

However, the Ligue 1 side have now accepted an offer of €5million (around £4.2.million), with some add-ons included if Wolves qualify for Europe.

Wolves had already agreed personal terms with the teenager, beating several top European sides to his signature.
