James McClean's first goal for Albion won Tony Pulis's side a deserved point at home to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Irish winger's header in the 39th minute capped off a fine team move for the equaliser after Dele Alli had volleyed the visitors in front from a long ball in the 15th minute.
It was an end-to-end second half and although both sides had their chances, Spurs have a spectacular reflex save from Hugo Lloris with 17 minutes to go to thank for extending their unbeaten run to 14 games.
