"Not a nice stat to hear" - Harrison Burke eager for Walsall to turn the tide
Harrison Burke admits Walsall's run of results is "not a nice statistic to hear" after they suffered their fifth defeat in seven games in League Two.
Walsall looked poised to emerge with a first home victory of 2026 on Saturday, after Aaron Pressley fired them into a half-time lead in stoppage time.
But a cracking half-volley from Oliver Norburn in the 79th-minute proved the catalyst for a Notts County comeback, which was completed when Jodi Jones headed in a last-gasp winner.
That extended the Saddlers' winless run to seven home games and condemned them to four successive defeats at Bescot for the first time since early 2021.
