Walsall boss sets time frame on Priestley Farquharson's thigh injury

Walsall boss Mat Sadler expects Priestley Farquharson to miss three months following surgery on his thigh injury.

The defender, who started the opening three league matches, limped off in the first half during Walsall's 1-0 defeat at Tranmere Rovers last month.

He went to see a specialist last week and underwent surgery on Tuesday which will require a three-month recovery period.
