Bottom club Chesterfield visit tomorrow before the Saddlers' trip to leaders Charlton on Monday.
Sadler senses the opportunity to put a different complexion on a testing campaign after a heartening sequence of one defeat in 11 games.
"The manager has brought in some good quality in the midfield and brought a real spark and enthusiasm into our football," the defender said.
