Boss Dean Smith today hailed Walsall's spirit after their late show salvaged a vital point at Leyton Orient.
The boss – who was closing in on two new signings today – was delighted after Oliver Lancashire's injury time leveller rescued a point at Brisbane Road on Saturday.
The 1-1 draw against the 10-man O's wasn't enough to stop the Saddlers slipping into the League One drop zone again but Smith praised their character.
He said: "That's three tough away games we've had on the bounce and we're unbeaten. It gives the lads belief."
