Lee Beevers today called on Walsall to finally find their steel and end their wretched home form.

The Saddlers face back-to-back festive home games against Sheffield Wednesday and Rochdale.

They have won just four times at home this term but, after drawing their last five away games, Beevers wants the same resilience at the Banks's Stadium.

"We need to take our away form into our home games and just keep it going," he said.

"I don't think it's easier to play away. We're just getting on with it and we seem to be turning out good results. Away from home there's no pressure on us to go and take the game to them."
