Super-sub Jamie Paterson today insisted he will ignore the hype and admitted it was "weird" being lauded at Walsall.
But the 19-year-old labelled his first senior goal a "dream" after his strike bagged the Saddlers a gutsy 1-1 point at Huddersfield on Saturday.
It kept the Saddlers out of the League One drop zone by a point after Lee Novak prodded the hosts ahead with 24 minutes remaining.
Youth product Paterson climbed off the bench on 55 minutes to equalise and said: "It's weird, I have only started breaking into the team and it's happened quickly. Hopefully I can keep putting in the performances.
"It's good to open my account in an arena like that – it's what dreams are made of."
