Grantham started well with home keeper Dan Platt making a terrific save to keep out a 20-yarder from Dylan Burns.

But Tyree Clarke put the Yeltz ahead in the ninth minute with a fine low finish across keeper Jake Turner after Dumitru Chiriac played a neat ball down the right.

Lewis Carr then cleared a Kaiman Anderson header off the Grantham line.

Turner brilliantly saved a 44th-minute penalty from Malcolm Melvin, but Halesowen made it 2-0 as Anderson lofted the rebound back over the stranded keeper for home captain Jay Denny to nod home his first goal of the season.

The Yeltz made it 3-0 in the 78th minute when Aaron Griffiths' free-kick from the right sailed through a congested area and into the net.
