Birmingham owner Carson Yeung will not be permitted to attend Blues' Europa League match against Braga.
Yeung has had his travel plans blocked after a judicial review and will stay in Hong Kong, missing tomorrow night's game at St Andrew's.
The Blues president has been charged with money laundering and had successfully fought to get his bail conditions relaxed, allowing him to return to the UK.
Yeung had been given permission to return to these shores after a court doubled his cash bail to £625,000.
Club officials were in the dark as to his intentions and sources in the Far East suggested he had changed his mind before this latest development in court.
