'The Championship Erling Haaland': West Brom team-mates make Aune Heggebo comparison to Premier League striker
Aune Heggebo's hot streak in front of goal is getting him some top plaudits from pundits and players.
And his latest strike in Albion's 2-0 win over Sheffield United has earned him a comparison to his fellow countryman and a Premier League goal machine.
Heggebo's strike against the Blades was his seventh in seven outings - with Karlan Grant bagging the second to secure the win.
And the latter has compared the Baggies forward to Premier League forward Erling Haaland.
"He's the Championship Haaland isn't he," joked Grant, speaking on Albion's post match chat.
"Credit to him, he works every day on the training pitch on that movement to the front post, he is working all the time in training and he is reaping rewards, he has been excellent.
"It has been a tough few weeks, everyone knows that.
"We are working and want to be better away from home, and today we played with a little bit of anger.
"We could have scored more had we been more ruthless in our attack.
"Overall it was a good performance and the second half was much better."
For Grant the goal was his second in two games - as he got off the mark in the week with a strike against Southampton.
And the wide man, who has hit a bit of form of late, wants to continue his patch in front of goal.
He also stated that other Albion players need to chip in to take the load of Heggebo.
He added: "I want more goals and I want assists and want to help the team in the best way I can.
"The big man (Heggebo) is putting up numbers and we need to help him, he can't do it all by himself and I am keen to keep doing that."
