Goals from Aune Heggebo and Karlan Grant in an impressive second half handed Albion the spoils - ending a rotten week with a victory.

Chopping and changing and finding a formula
Changes have been the theme of Ryan Mason's team selections in recent games - as he looks to find a winning formula.
He found one on Friday night - and in particular for his leaky backline.
Sheffield United's powder puff front line helped - but Mason changed it and put Krystian Bielik and Nat Phillips at the heart of defence with George Campbell at right back.
And it seems like he may have found the solution.
Aside from the odd mistake early on they looked relatively untroubled. It could well be the way moving forward.
Molumby captain outrage
Team news always causes debate and opinion - and it did last night with Jayson Molumby's selection as captain.
Fans took aim at the decision - just weeks after Molumby's silly red card against Coventry City.
They were less than impressed - with some stating other candidates should have been handed the armband.
The noise was quite loud around it but it soon subsided with what happened on the pitch.
No shutting up the shop here
Albion have got into leads at home but thrown it away a number of times.
A lot of it has been down to making defensive changes and going deeper and deeper as they look to hang on to get the points.
It hasn't worked but there was a marked difference against Sheffield United.
Instead of shutting up shop they kept the shutters up. They went for it, got a second goal and even after that second goal kept going and looking for a third.
It didn't come but it kept Albion on the front foot - and it worked.
Only way to turn fans
The feeling after the game was similar to Swansea. Yes, there was credit given to the side and the fans were happy.
However, there are a lot who are still unsure over the situation and the position Albion are in.
And the way they will turn is with consistency. If Albion go and get beat at Hull and don't back Friday night up - then it is pointless.
