'I couldn't care less': What West Brom fans said after Norwich win sees Albion climb up to fourth

Josh Maja's early goal was enough to hand Albion all three points at Carrow Road - and lift Albion into the Championship play-off spots.

Maja netted just 20 minutes into his first start since January - as Albion edged themselves ahead against the run of play in Norfolk.

Norwich had the better chances and more possession in the game - and had huge late chances to get something from the clash.

But two top saves from Josh Griffiths helped Albion hang on for a precious three points.

Here is what some of the supporters had to say about Albion's third win in four away games this season:

Scott Deakin said: "Sloppy in possession at times, two average teams and on another day we could have lost 3-1. However, JG (Josh Griffiths) played his best game to date and JM (Josh Maja) is back on the scoresheet. Funny old game. It wasn't a great watch and the nerves are in bits. COYB."

Matt Langley added: "Good game, similar to others we've seen. Lack pace to be able to counter effectively when defending deep which creates a lot of pressure. Still need to get a better balance between attack and defence. But 14 points from 8 is a good return so far for an evolving team."

Hamza Darby gave his view and said: "Not at our most fluent but look so much better with that winger pairing. Still think Collyer gives our midfield so much more fluidity which we'd really benefit from at the start."

James Downing said: "We've played a lot better and come away with sod all in games so to have the shoe on the other foot is nice. Good to see the players get a reward. Big result for the lads and gaffa tonight."

Jim Thomas added: "Hard watch the second half, but will take an ugly win over being nice on the eye and dropping points. On to the next one."

And Jim Thomas said: "Couldn’t care less how we play, played well against Derby and got nothing so I'd much rather play **** and win. COYB."
