Kitch: Boro are flying

Stafford Rangers boss Neil Kitching insists his team are 'flying' ahead of tomorrow's clash with Carlton Town.

Having scored 20 goals in their opening eight games, Rangers are full of confidence in front of goal and will hope to continue their purple patch away from home.

Kitching said: "They have had some decent results, they had a decent draw at Lincoln in their last game so we won't be getting carried away.

"We have found our feet quite early with seven wins and a draw, our away form has been very good as well. They've got to worry about us because we are flying at the moment and winning a lot of games."

Boro will be without striker Ben Haseley, who is still out with an hamstring problem, and Samuel Griffiths, who has ankle ligament damage, for the game. Sam Smith (stomach) is also sidelined.

With only one win in the league so far, bottom-of-the-table Tividale have a chance to reverse their fortunes as they host Belper Town.

Goals have been a major concern for the home side, scoring just six in eight games, while they have let in 19 goals and were beaten 4-0 at Lincoln United last time out.
