West Brom-Aston Villa games shifted for TV

The first cluster of live matches to be shown on Sky Sports and BT Sport have been announced, with Villa on the box six times before the end of November.

They kick off at Villa Park on August 23, when they host the Magpies on BT Sport.

Villa's trip to Liverpool on September 13 will be shown live on Sky Sports (kick-off 5.30pm), along with the away game with QPR on Monday October 27 (8pm).

The broadcaster will also show Paul Lambert's men in home games with champions Manchester City (October 4, 5.30pm), Tottenham (Sunday November 2, 4pm) and Southampton (Monday November 22, 8pm).

West Brom have to wait until September 28, when they host Burnley at the Hawthorns, for their first live Sky game.

But the cameras will be back on Monday October 20 when they host Manchester United and on Sunday November 9 when Newcastle are the visitors.

The Baggies are then on BT Sport later that month on November 29 when they entertain Arsenal.
