WOLVES
Wolves are interested in signing West Ham United striker Frederic Piquionne with the 33-year-old, who also spent a season in the Premier League with Portsmouth, rumoured to be available for a cut-price fee.
WEST BROM
Roy Hodgson has admitted that Albion need to make some quality signings in January, but warns that they need to be better than the players already at the club.
Meanwhile, Rangers manager Ally McCoist has admitted that he would like to sign West Brom midfielder Graham Dorrans, who has struggled to hold down a regular place in the first-team this season.
VILLA
Aston Villa could be set to sign Robbie Keane on a short-term loan deal if the LA Galaxy striker is given clearance from both his club and Major League Soccer.
Liverpool are said to be lining up a £24m bid for Darren Bent, with the Villa striker reported to be unhappy with the lack of service he is receiving following the departures of Ashley Young and Stewart Downing.
BLUES
Preston North End have signed Birmingham City forward Jake Jervis on loan until 28 January, with the 20-year-old recently having returned from a spell at Swindon Town.
Meanwhile, £3m-rated defender Liam Ridgewell has been linked with a move to Premier League side Stoke.
