Fast start call by Liam Ridgewell

Birmingham defender Liam Ridgewell has urged his team-mates to start on the front foot against Liverpool this Sunday.

Blues grabbed a point against Sunderland and beat Blackburn after coming from behind.

"We must start on the front foot," said Ridgwell.

"It makes a lot of difference and you don't put yourselves under as much pressure as you would if you're trying to get back into the game, as we were at Sunderland and against Blackburn."
