Harvey's family shared a tribute to remember him.
The statement read: "Losing you has brought so much heartbreak beyond words and pain impossible even to imagine.
"So beautifully natured, you are the most kindest, caring and by far the most politest young man a person could ever meet.
"We all love you so dearly and will forever cherish the memories, light and warms you brought into our world and the world of so many."
Since Harvey’s passing, tributes have been pouring, including in one unusual place.

There have been tributes left on a car wreck on the ‘Grapes Field’ near Prouds Lane in Bilston.

“SCIU officers are preparing a file for the coroner and Harvey's family have been kept updated.”
