Weekend of fun and food as popular festival returns to Tettenhall

Food lovers and shoppers looking for unique items are being invited to indulge themselves as a popular food festival returns.

Tettenhall Dine ‘N’ Devour is returning to Upper Green on September 5 and 6 for a weekend of global street food, artisan shopping, refreshments, live entertainment and much more.

The event is free for all visitors and provides an opportunity to bring together independent traders, food vendors, artisan makers, bars and entertainers for a weekend in the heart of Tettenhall.

Starting at 10am each day, food lovers can enjoy a fantastic selection of flavours from around the world, including Thai and Asian dishes, Caribbean jerk chicken, Turkish street food, Mexican favourites, Neapolitan pizza, mac and cheese and giant artisan sausage rolls.

Sweet treats include brownies, blondies, cookies, cakes, rocky road, artisan confectionery and Asian-inspired desserts, with gluten-free and vegan options available.

A wide selection of drinks will also be on offer, including craft beers, ciders, prosecco, wines, cocktails, mocktails, Pimm’, fresh juices and soft drinks.

Alongside the food and drink, visitors can browse a variety of independent traders and unique artisan gift stalls, offering the perfect opportunity to discover something different while supporting small businesses and local makers.

There will be plenty of entertainment alongside the food, including face painting, inflatables and roaming walkabout entertainment, while live music will also take centre stage across the weekend, with performances from Rogue Four, Got2Sing, Jen Armstrong and acoustic guitar performances.

The event is organised by LSD Promotions, a family-run events company with more than 30 years’ experience delivering successful food festivals, markets and community events across the UK.
