Diversions for road users in Wolverhampton as emergency waterworks leave lane closed
Road users in Wolverhampton have been advised to expect disruption and diversions due to emergency waterworks.
Wolverhampton Council put out a message on social media to inform that the left-hand turn out of Waterloo Road onto the city ring road will be closed until Wednesday due to the works.
Motorists have been given a diversion route which involves turning right onto the ring road, following the Chapel Ash Island around and back onto the ring road.

A spokesman for Wolverhampton Council said: "Emergency Severn Trent Water works mean a lane closure and left-hand turn closure on Waterloo Road, at its junction with Ring Road, expected until Wednesday, March 11.
"Diversion route for Left-hand turn closure is Ring Road, Chapel Ash Island and Ring Road."
