The work to repair and improve roads across Dudley borough has been ongoing as council teams have worked late into the night.
Dudley Council said that contractors have been continuing to work nights to blitz potholes on roads across the borough.
More than 25,000 square metres of road has been repaired over the last 12 months in the borough, and the council has pledged that it will tackle more potholes throughout the spring.
The highways team undertook more than 3,000 highway safety inspections in 2025 and crews will be working in several parts of the borough this winter including Norton, Kingswinford, Netherton, Coseley, Dudley, Halesowen, Lye, Amblecote, Brierley Hill and Pensnett.
