Take a look inside the luxurious new homes on the Spitfire estate in Halesowen
Take a sneak peek inside the luxurious new-builds on the Spitfire Homes Maybank estate in Halesowen.
Housing developer Spitfire Homes acquired the land, near the former Sandvik HQ in Manor Way, back in 2023.

The 5.6-acre plot has now been transformed into 61 two- to four-bedroom houses as well as two one-bed maisonettes - with the first buyers moving in this month.

One of the property types, The Kedleston, is a four-bedroom detached family home. As the largest property available at Maybank, it boasts an open-plan kitchen and dining area as well as a spacious living room and study for home working.

Upstairs it features four double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and a four-piece family bathroom.

All of the properties on the estate come with energy-efficient air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, and electric vehicle charging points as standard.

In addition to retaining existing woodland, Spitfire is planning to plant a number of trees and enhance the green areas to 'encourage wildlife and preserve the natural environment'.
We were invited to have an exclusive look around the brand new homes. Here is a sneak peek of how they look inside and out.
