The council has confirmed a list of road closures for the region around the time of the event, leading to diversions and possible travel disruptions for many.

As a result of the closures and the mass of visitors, it is expected to be busy getting in and out of the event, so turning up early is advised.

More than 20 road closures have been put into place for this year’s event, with some being closed from 6am.
