The land at Victoria Road in Aston is located just off a major traffic island that runs onto the A38(M) and will have a guide price of £275,000+ in the Bond Wolfe auction on Thursday, March 26.

It is being sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council and is expected to attract developers and property investors from across the UK to bid on the livestreamed auction sale.

Mr Bassi said: “This valuable plot of land is right next to one of the main junctions of the Aston Expressway, a great strategic position with easy access to the M6 motorway.

“The irregular shaped parcel of land has a range of religious, residential and commercial property in the vicinity and may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning consents.”

The land will be among 178 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 8.30am on March 26, with the auction being livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
