Situated on the western side of Snow Hill, just off the A4150 Ring Road at St Johns, the properties form part of a row of three-storey 18th-century townhouses, with ground floors converted into shops.

All are officially Grade II listed, reflecting their architectural and historic importance.

They are also a short distance south of the city centre’s main retail core, including the Wulfrun and Mander Shopping Centres.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “Snow Hill is an historic area of Wolverhampton.

"These three properties are part of a parade that has undergone a refurbishment programme some years ago, albeit the original character of the buildings has largely been preserved.”
