Travelling into Wolverhampton and confused by a 'Bostin' sign? Here's what it's all about ahead of important city development
People travelling into and out of Wolverhampton on rail services might be noticing a sign that means something to some people, but could be confusing to others.
The large sign can be seen on land between the rail line and Lower Horseley Fields and has been set up to show where the Canalside South housing development is being built.
With a cheery "Bostin', ay it" message on the side, the message is quintessentially Black Country in the message and, for those are not from the area, it's a sign of positivity about a huge housing scheme and development for Wolverhampton.
It has been 12 months since construction first started getting underway on the £150 million Wolverhampton Canalside South housing scheme on the former British Steel site and Crane Foundry site, which Wavensmere Homes is transforming into a new city living housing development in a five-year regeneration project.
