Dozens of homes across the Black Country, ranging from town-centre flats to family houses with gardens, are set to go under the hammer in Bond Wolfe’s next livestreamed auction on Thursday, February 5.

Guide prices start from as little as £10,000, with properties available in Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall and Wednesbury. Many of the homes require refurbishment or modernisation, while others need only redecoration.

A typical example is the three-bedroom semi-detached house at 35 Norbury Crescent, Wolverhampton, which will be offered with a guide price of £39,000+. The property has front and rear gardens, a reception room and dining kitchen downstairs, with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as gas central heating and double glazing.

Our wide range of choices regularly attract house-hunters and landlords looking to expand their portfolios to our livestreamed auctions.”
